When should I use custom photography?

Sometimes stock photos just aren't the right tool for the job. Photo agencies can't have every building available all the time. Or maybe you're looking for a particular view. Or maybe you want photos that are yours alone, that no one else (like your competition) can use. That's a job for custom photography.

How does it work?

In a typical custom photography assignment, we send a photographer or two to your building. They spend two to three days photographing the building, inside and out, without getting in the way of your tenants. Within a few weeks you are presented with DVDs containing high resolution photographs of your property, expertly optimized, colorized, and tweaked to make your building look its best. We have done custom photo shoots for clients across North America, and can travel to almost any location around the world to get the job done for you.

Is it expensive?

Most of our clients are pleasantly surprised by how affordable custom photography can be. We charge a flat fee based on the number, size, and location of the buildings to be photographed, plus travel expenses. The biggest part of the budget is often the transportation, so we have worked with some of our clients' corporate travel departments to help reduce the overall cost further.
